Efficient maximization has brought us to a point of being able to utilize all aspects of the cannabis that we grow, as well as streamlining our creation processes. Schedule a visit to learn or to use our equipment! 411 On 420 now utilizes a Cannatrol device for our initial drying and curing process. We have set a custom slope drying/curing time and cannabis is removed at varying stages, dependent on final intended use, i.e., rosin, cartridge, flower, topical, edible. Carefully curated top-tier flower is placed into Grove Bags after completing the Cannatrol Process and placed in refigerated units at 59°F for long term storage. We wash/extract hash/trichomes with an Aether Green System. The size of the unit suits our small operation well and has increased the quality and purity of our final rosin and cartridges. Drying of the washed cannabis takes place in a Harvest Right Home Pro Freeze Dryer, and we utilize a HashyLink device to dry with minimal terpene loss. Solventless rosin extraction is accomplished using a Low Temp V2 4x7 press (on our Reviews page). Rosin can be used in that form or incorporated into cartridges and edibles. The 'pucks' that are created when pressing rosin are extracted into organic MCT using an ultrasonic process. This is utilized in a topical balm as well as decarboxylated and used for high-strength edibles. More instructional videos are in the process of being created. Join us to learn.
